Our jams and preserves are made on a demand basis using top quality ingredients so you can be sure they are super fresh.
Just choose the preserves that you would like, fill out the form and we will be in touch to organise payment and delivery/collection.
All our jams and preserves are £3.50 per jar, or mix and match any 3 for £10.00 (apart from our super hot Special Preserve Chilli Jam, which is £5.00 per jar)
Chuffing Chilli Jam - Mild
A mild, sweet chilli jam perfect with cheese, meats and wonderful as a dipping sauce.
The heat level is low, with an initial tickle fading quickly to a sweet chilli taste.
Our favourite uses are with grilled halloumi, mixed with soft cheese and spread on bagel, a cooking flavouring and as a dipping sauce for tortilla chips.
Chuffing Chilli Jam - Hot
Our best seller.
This hot chilli jam has a mix of red finger chillies and bird eye chillies providing a heat that rises in the mouth, lingers and then then gently ebbs away. It does have a kick, which our customers love and because of this, is our most popular jam.
Our favourite uses are with grilled meat sandwiches, adding heat to spaghetti and pasta dishes and as a spicy accompaniment to cheeses.
Chuffing Chilli Jam - Special Preserve
(Extra Hot!!!)
Made with super hot chillies, this jam is for those who love that extreme level heat kick. (Not for the faint hearted!!)
Created on a batch by batch basis, using specially sourced, super hot chillies. Previous batches have featured Armageddon, Komodo Dragon and Naga.
Grab them while you can as they have limited availability.
The Special Preserve Chuffing Chilli Jam is yours for £5.00 per jar.
Blissful Blueberry
A wonderfully smooth blueberry jam that is the perfect accompaniment and alternative to a cream tea.Hubby describes this as silk on your tongue as the texture is deliciously smooth and the flavours just explode.
Magnificient Marmalade
Our whole orange marmalade is where the Crafted by P story started. P's husband is fussy and doesn't like bits but wanted a full flavoured marmalade. Paula created this traditional, smooth marmalade using the whole orange, enhanced the sweetness with vanilla and zhuzed it up with a dash of orange liqueur. Toast has never tasted so good (and one of our artisan patisserie customers loves it so much, they use it in the centre of their chocolate truffles.)

Created seasonally with local cherries from Horwood Cherries.
With a little dash of Amaretto liquer, this is definitely one to savour!
Luscious Lemon Curd
Our fresh lemon curd is made to order in small batches to ensure maximum fridge life (it can also be frozen so you can keep it for longer.)
The tangy lemon zing is beautifully balanced by a smooth, rounded sweetness. Our regular customers buy several jars at a time and admit to unashamedly scooping it from the jar!
It's also lovely swirled into natural yoghurt or ice cream and makes a refreshing alternative to jam on scones in a cream tea. We also have a customer who loves it in their porridge.
Cracking Cranberry Jam
The Cracking Cranberry Jam is a remarkably sophisticated preserve (well, it does have an added dash of port aft all!)
Wonderful as an accompaniment with the Christmas turkey or Easter lamb, it's also great as a roasting glaze, becomes the highlight of the cheeseboard, and is lovely warmed up and drizzled on pancakes. We recently discovered it makes a fabulous jammy layer to a Bakewell tart too. After trying it for the first time, one of our customers said 'OMG!! The best thing this Christmas"
Splendid Strawberry Jam
The Splendid Strawberry Jam made its first appearance in the gloriously hot summer of 2019. P adores cream teas and needed the perfect home-made jam to go with them so this little beauty was born. Our daughter doesn't like jam but loves this as "it tastes like strawberry laces" (it's probably the hint of vanilla used to enhance the flavour).
There are endless uses for this traditional jar of yumminess... crumpets, victoria sponge and smoothies are just a few that spring to mind. How will you use yours?

Our Ravishing Raspberry Jam is at the beginning of its taste journey with us.
Traditionally made Raspberry Jam with a touch of Vanilla to bring out all the flavours.
It's new for 2022, so please come to an event and try some.
Brilliant Blackberry
The Brilliant Blackberry made a guest appearance toward the end of 2021.
The flavours of the fruit delicately enhanced by a hint of vanilla.
A labour of love for The Jam Lady, but a taste sensation.
